MTS Reserves $840 Million for FCPA Settlement
Moscow-based MTS, Russia’s largest mobile phone company, has reserved ₽55.8 billion ($840 million) to resolve a possible FCPA enforcement action by the DOJ and SEC, and says it's cooperating with an investigation into its former operations in Uzbekistan.
