Industry Groups Call for Anti-Kickback Waiver for Cybersecurity Tech

Several healthcare and health IT industry groups are asking the Department of Health and Human Services to create a waiver under anti-kickback rules to enable the donation of healthcare cybersecurity technology and services that would help improve the cybersecurity of providers and promote secure data exchange.
