Government Contracts Associate Attorney – Kelley Drye & Warren LLP
Kelley Drye & Warren LLP’s Government Contracts practice group has an opening for a junior-level Government Contracts Associate. Our team is a full-service government contracts practice group representing clients on a broad range of matters, including bid protests, claims, disputes, government audits and investigations, regulatory compliance and small business program issues.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience practicing federal government contracts law. The preferred candidate will have relevant law firm or federal government experience (military background is a plus) and have knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and agency FAR supplements and experience with protests, investigations, claims and disputes. Construction litigation experience also desired. Prior clerkship at the US Court of Federal Claims is an advantage.
A strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school, superb writing, analytical and public speaking skills are required. Must be DC barred or eligible to waive in immediately.
