Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC, a full-service law firm located in Reston, VA, is seeking a Lateral Government Contracts Partner with a minimum of 10 years’ experience and a growing book of business. The chosen individual will join our rapidly expanding government contracts group to help us to continue to grow this section of our firm into a dominant player in the marketplace.
Qualified candidates should have experience in the following areas: litigation (bid protests, disputes and claims) and general counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues (including prime contracts, teaming agreements, subcontracting, joint ventures, procurement issues, compliance and certification issues, due diligence in M&A transactions, and data rights). Portable practice of $300,000+ is desirable.
