CBCA Establishes Preference for E-filing, Extends Filing Hours

The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals has issued a final rule amending its rules of procedure for cases arising under the Contract Disputes Act, and for disputes between insurance companies and the Department of Agriculture's Risk Management Agency in which decisions of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation are brought before the Board under the Federal Crop Insurance Act.
