DHS Official: States Will Probably Know First if Malicious Cyber-activity Hits Primaries

The Department of Homeland Security was on standby to alert state officials about any malicious cyber-activity during last week's primary elections, but according to Matthew Masterson, a senior cybersecurity adviser at DHS, the states themselves would likely know first if something were amiss.
