Former Armenian Ambassador and a Russian National Charged in Foreign Bribery and Money Laundering Scheme

Azat Martirossian of Armenia and Vitaly Leshkov of Russia, employees of international engineering consulting firm Technical Advisor, were charged with money laundering offenses in a scheme to bribe foreign government officials, for the benefit of Rolls-Royce Energy Systems Inc., an Ohio-based subsidiary of Rolls-Royce plc.
