More claims by whistleblowers are proving true when companies look into the issues raised – 44 percent of the 900,000 claims included in a new analysis, compared to 40 percent in 2016 – and fewer tipsters are telling their employers they faced retaliation – declining from 0.93 percent to 0.66 percent.
