Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Mastercard, AT&T, JP Morgan Chase, and HSBC have created the Coalition to Reduce Cyber Risk (CR²), aimed at encouraging governments to be more open when creating cyber risk management standards, guidelines, and regulations covering the private sector.
