Facebook Just Blocked this Cambridge Analytica Affiliate. Why Does It Still Have a State Department Contract?

Strategic Communications Laboratories, the data analysis company recently accused with its partner Cambridge Analytica of improperly harvesting and sharing Facebook users’ data during the 2016 US elections and the UK Brexit campaign, was also hired by the US State Department a year ago to help it reach people who might be susceptible to recruitment by ISIS.
