OPM Alleges Health Net Refused to Fully Comply with Recent Security Audit

The Office of Personnel Management's inspector general has alleged that Health Net of California refused to cooperate with a recent security audit, as it is required to do under its contract with OPM to provide benefits to members of the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program.
