Kaspersky Lab Files Another Lawsuit Challenging NDAA Ban
In response to Kaspersky Lab's request for an injunction against the executive ban on its software in federal agencies, the Department of Homeland Security argued (among other things) that it would be rendered irrelevant by Congress' legislative ban in the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act.
