2019 Defense Budget on Track for February Release
The Pentagon’s fiscal year 2019 budget request will be delivered on time, Deputy Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan predicted. However, the administration's promised military buildup isn’t projected to shift into high gear until fiscal year 2020, Shanahan added.
