DPAP Class Deviation Temporarily Extends Test Program for Negotiation of Comprehensive Small Business Subcontracting Plans
Effective immediately, DoD contracting officers are directed to follow the requirements of DFARS subpart 219.7 with regard to implementation of the test program for negotiation of comprehensive small business subcontracting plans, with the exception that at 219.702(3) the expiration date is revised to read December 31, 2017.
