Compliance Fatigue Syndrome is Real
In a commentary in National Defense magazine, Brian Miller, a shareholder with Rogers Joseph O’Donnell PC and former inspector general for the General Services Administration, warns that compliance fatigue–frustration with maintaining compliance with fast-changing rules–is real and urges organizations to take it seriously. "This frustration does not arise from an issue of whether to comply with legislation and regulations that have been lawfully passed and promulgated," Miller explains.
