Basis of OFCCP Complaints May Soon Be Public

The Administrative Law Judge presiding over the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs's enforcement action against Oracle has ruled the office must provide the company with the facts underlying allegations it engaged in widespread hiring and compensation discrimination against women and minorities, including the evidentiary bases for its statistical findings.
