On November 8, Argentina passed the Law on Corporate Criminal Liability and Compliance Programs for Certain Corruption Cases, which for the first time establishes corporate criminal liability for corruption cases involving certain specific interactions with public officials, such as bribery, and regulates compliance programs for legal entities in such cases.
