Contractor Labor Dispute Settlements Hit All-Time High

During FY2017, federal contractors paid $23 million to resolve allegations of workplace discrimination with the Department of Labor, and that number could grow as the department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs releases its final figures. During the past year, OFCCP settled hiring and pay discrimination claims with more than three dozen companies.
