Army Cyber Should “Let Nerds be Nerds”

In a panel on “A New Kind of Force for a New Fighting Domain: Cyber Talent Management," Chris Lynch, head of the DoD's Defense Digital Service, said that the military's cyber organizations needs to "let nerds be nerds," rather than pressuring them into leadership roles they aren't comfortable with or suited for.
