Yahoo and MDL Plaintiffs Asked to Weigh in On New Data Breach Disclosures

After Yahoo disclosed that its original estimate of the scope of their 2013 data breach was too small by a factor of three, and instead affected their entire base of 3 billion accounts, the judge in the class action against them has asked both parties to give their assessments of what that means to the case.
