Now There’s a Scoreboard of Odebrecht Bribes

According to FCPA Tracker, 10 issuers have identified engineering and construction giant Odebrecht or its subsidiaries as intermediaries in FCPA-related disclosures. Last year, Odebrecht agreed to pay $2.6 billion to settle various bribery offenses, 19 percent of which was earmarked for the United States. In July, three fund managers and a national government reported in their SEC filings that Odebrecht's corruption scandal has become a problem and a risk factor for them.
