Protest challenging the agency’s past performance and price evaluations is denied, where the Court of Federal Claims found the agency had reasonably evaluated proposals and determined the awardee to be responsible; and supplemental protesting challenging the protester’s loss of SDVOSB status is dismissed, as the change in status occurred after award and after the filing with the court, and therefore the issue had no bearing on the protester’s standing.
