IRS Cyber Response Team Lacks FISMA-Required Training

A recent audit by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration found that a majority of those working on the IRS's cyber-incident reporting team in recent years had not taken the specialized training courses required by the Federal Information Security Management Act.
