IT Security Weaknesses Found in New Mexico’s Medicaid Eligibility Systems

The Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General has determined that the Human Services Department of New Mexico had failed to adequately secure its Medicaid data and information systems in accordance with federal requirements.
