Appellant’s motion for fees and other expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act is granted but in a reduced amount, where ASBCA concluded the appellant was entitled to expert witness fees at rates equal to those paid by the government to its expert witnesses, but had no statutory authority to grant attorneys’ fees in excess of $125 per hour.
