Project Planning, Billing Issues Could Hinder Efficiency of DOT Cyber Spending, OIG Says

The Department of Transportation Office of the Chief Information Officer is expending funds appropriated for cybersecurity solely on cyber initiatives, but weaknesses in planning and billing procedures may make it harder to use future resources efficiently, according to a new report from the DOT Office of Inspector General.
