Federal Agencies Increasing Their Focus on Insider Threats

Eighty-five percent of federal IT managers say their agencies are more focused on thwarting insider threats and most have formal insider threat programs, even though the rate of insider attacks hasn't changed significantly in the last two years, according to a new survey from MeriTalk and Symantec.
