Appeal of the Small Business Administration’s determination that appellant’s sole owner is ineligible for entry into the 8(a) Business Development Program is denied, where SBA reasonably determined that loans made by the appellant to its owner were not likely to be repaid and correctly calculated the owner’s interest in corporate property investments, and therefore properly concluded that the owner’s total personal net worth exceeded the statutory limit for entry into the program.
