New Legislation Introduced in the U.S. House to Help Small Businesses Recover Partial Payment of Claims Immediately through the Small Business Act

Legislation under consideration by the House Small Business Committee would amend the Small Business Act to provide interim payments to small businesses that file a request for equitable adjustment due to a change order under a construction contract or for other purposes.
