Cross-protests challenging the agency’s decision to take corrective action are denied, where the agency reasonably concluded the awardee’s impermissible submission of revised presentation slides after oral presentations required a reevaluation based on the original presentation; and where an unsuccessful offeror was unable to demonstrate the agency acted in bad faith, despite some errors in the evaluation.
