HHS ONC Updates SAFER Guides to Address Ransomware

The Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has updated its Safety Assurance Factors for Electronic Health Record Resilience Guides to help healthcare providers protect their systems against ransomware attacks and to mitigate attacks after an incident.
