How EU’s GDPR Will Apply to and Affect United Kingdom

The EU’s General Data Protection Authority will apply to the UK when it becomes effective on May 25, 2018, but the UK’s imminent withdrawal from the EU will require the government to implement its own domestic data privacy rules.
