Revamp DHS Cyber Authorities, Former Officials Urge Congress

During a hearing of the House Homeland Security Committee, former National Security Agency director Keith Alexander suggested that Congress merge all civilian cyber defense units into a single agency housed within the Department of Homeland Security and able to communicate seamlessly with the Departments of Defense and Justice about cyber threats.
