New Rule Requires Federal Contractor Disclosure of Existing Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting

A new final rule requiring contractors to indicate if and where they publicly disclose greenhouse gas emissions and greenhouse gas reduction goals or targets does not mandate the disclosure of sensitive information, only data contractors have already made public, and does not require any specific accounting or reporting methodology for greenhouse gas emissions.
