Final Rule Requires Contractors to Identify Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals

A final rule in today’s Federal Register amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation to establish a representation for offerors to indicate if and where they publicly disclose greenhouse gas emissions and greenhouse gas reduction goals or targets.
