DPAP Issues Class Deviation Prohibiting Contracts with Entities Prohibiting Employees from Reporting Waste, Fraud, and Abuse

Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy director Claire Grady has issued a class deviation prohibiting defense components from using any funds provided by the current continuing resolution to contract with entities that require employees or contractors to sign internal confidentiality agreements or statements prohibiting or restricting the lawful reporting of waste, fraud, or abuse to a federal investigator or law enforcement official.
