Protest challenging the agency’s conduct of discussions is denied, where the agency repeatedly informed the protester of problems with its integrated master schedule, but was not required to tell the protester how to correct the problems to the agency’s satisfaction; and protest alleging that the agency’s evaluation of the protester’s and awardee’s proposals was unequal is denied, where the agency waived a proposal page limitation for both offerors, and where the protester cannot demonstrate that it would have submitted a different proposal had it known the page limit would be waived.
