Final Rule Clarifies Contractor Requirements to Protect Covered Defense Information

A new final rule issued last Friday amends the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to require contractor reporting on network penetrations and to implement DoD policy on the purchase of cloud computing software.
