75 Percent of U.S. Companies Think GDPR Doesn’t Apply to Them
A new report from NTT Security shows that 75 percent of US firms do not believe the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation applies to their organization. The firm interviewed 1,350 non-IT decision-makers across the globe to determine how well organizations were prepared for the GDPR, and found that while there is some improvement, there remains a poor understanding of what the GDPR entails and who it covers.
