Only 6 Non-Federal Groups Share Cyber Threat Info with Homeland Security

More than two years after Congress authorized the Department of Homeland Security's automated indicator sharing program, which provides incentives for companies to share with the government and each other how and when malicious hackers try to penetrate their computer networks, only six non-federal organizations are actually contributing.
