2019 ISDC Report Shows Decline in S&D Activity

Federal agencies reported fewer suspension and debarment actions in fiscal year 2018, according to the latest report from the Interagency Suspension and Debarment Committee. Overall, agencies reported 2,444 referrals and 114 declinations in the last fiscal year. They issued 480 suspensions, 1,542 proposed debarments, and 1,334 debarment actions. The level of S&D activity in FY2018 was nearly double the amount in FY2009, the first year the committee began tracking these statistics.
