2010 Amendments to FCA Clarified, But Did Not Alter, Law Tying AKS Violations to FCA

An Oklahoma district court denied a motion to dismiss a qui tam case alleging the defendant violated the FCA by marketing its drugs for off-label use and violated the AKS by providing donations and goods to patients to induce them to use their product.
